The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at impulse@emreberk.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (impulse@emreberk.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Magic Shorts uses Google APIs when you use your Google account to sign in and when you opt to allow Magic Shorts to post to your YouTube channel. Magic Shorts' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Magic Shorts' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Magic Shorts allows users to upload their rendered videos to YouTube via an in-app API. By using those API Clients, users are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
In addition to the Magic Shorts's normal procedure for deleting stored data, users can revoke that Magic Shorts' access to their data via Google security settings page.
We do not share users' personal data with third-party AI applications.
Google user data is stored securely on our servers and is protected using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We retain Google user data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We do not share Google user data with third parties unless it's necessary to provide the Service, comply with the law, or protect our rights. When third parties are employed to process Google user data on our behalf, they do so under confidentiality agreements and are obligated to comply with our privacy policy and data protection laws.
